Feature on Ramey Agency Blog

Posted on May 2009

The folks at The Ramey Agency were kind enough to feature the story of our working relationship on their blog.

Before the move to Japan I was working as an Art Director and Web Designer at The Ramey Agency in Jackson, MS. I have been doing some regular freelance work for them since my arrival here. It has proven to be an interesting situation due to the time difference. I am 14 hours ahead here in Japan, so basically I work while they sleep and vice versa. They can hand me work at the end of their day/my morning and the work keeps on going, 24hrs a day. Pretty cool.

Anyway, I’ll quit talking about it an you can just read the article here. Thanks guys and gals!

SortedNoise.com

Posted on May 2009

Recently completed a website for Nashville, Tennessee based Sorted Noise Music Positioning. This music production, promotion, and marketing team specializes in “discovering an artist’s unique identity, and utilizing that identity to cut through the clutter.”

Artists as well as business people, these guys have shared the stage with blockbuster acts like Beyonce and Sugarland, on shows like The Tonight Show, the American Music Awards, and Good Morning America. They combine years of experience in the music business with a wide range of musical taste and talent to help new artists break into the difficult world of music.

One of the main requirements was that the site be easily updated and edited. The site also needed the ability to feature audio as well as video content, a blog/news section for their events and new releases, and links to their social networking efforts. With these requirements it only made sense that the site should be “proudly powered by” Wordpress.

Check it out here.
