Curriculum Vitae
Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, USA, my travels have led me to my current home outside of Tokyo.
After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003 with my B.A. in advertising and a minor in marketing, I was employed with the Enterprise-Journal as a graphic artist. I returned to graduate school in 2006 at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, GA to study Design and Art Direction. While in school I worked with MetaLeap Design in Decatur, Georgia and Hatch Show Print in Nashville, Tennessee. Upon graduation in 2008 I joined the Ramey Agency in Jackson, Mississippi as an art director. In January 2009 I moved with my wife to Yokosuka, Japan were I am currently a full-time freelancer working in both the US and Japanese markets.
Currently I am available for freelance work in art direction/graphic design, but am open to discussion of any full-time employment opportunities.
I have done design work for: The Ramey Agency, The Enterprise-Journal, MetaLeap Design, Hatch Show Print, The Country Music Hall of Fame, Elsym Consulting, BlueCross BlueShield, Viking Range, BankPlus, Spectrum Capital, The Young President’s Organization, Stellar Debris, ProEdit Japan, Sorted Noise Music Positioning, Secrets In Stereo, and the Mississippi Development Authority.
